Clark Rachfal

Paralympian & Champion for Inclusion

With more than 15 years of government affairs and disability rights experience, Clark Rachfal is a recognized leader in disability inclusion and accessibility. Throughout his career, Clark has worked collaboratively with government agencies, corporations, and non-profit organizations to advance the civil and human rights of people with disabilities.

In addition to his public policy career, Clark is a Paralympian and World Champion in the sport of tandem cycling, competing domestically and internationally for Team USA, 2007-2016, and knows first-hand the power of sport to empower and unite all people.

Clark holds Bachelor of Science degrees from Towson University in political science and Economics.

Most recently, Clark and his wife, Greta, moved cross-country from our nation’s capital to Oregon for an exciting new opportunity to advance disability inclusion and accessibility for the world’s largest sports and athletic apparel provider.
