Sumaira “Sam” Latif is Company Accessibility Leader at Procter & Gamble. She has held multiple roles in IT for P&G brands including Pampers, Olay, and Pantene. Over her nearly 20 years with P&G, Sam's unique perspective has proven invaluable, as her struggles with many of the company’s products fueled her desire to innovate and find creative ways to address challenges for people with disabilities. She is also the global leader for P&G’s People With Disability network, which enables employees with a disability to perform at their peak.
Born with Retinitis Pigmentosa, Sam lost her ability to see at 16, instilling her belief that we can all do better to create a more accessible world—not just as a moral obligation, but as the right thing to do. She carries this philosophy through all of her work with P&G.
Sam holds a B.A. in Marketing and Business Law from the University of Stirling.
