Kathy Martinez joins Disability Rights Advocates as President/CEO in March 2021 after having spent six years as SVP, Head of Disability and Accessibility Strategy, for Wells Fargo.
While with Wells Fargo, Kathy worked with a network of team members with disabilities, as well as customers and advocacy groups, to expand the company’s capabilities and programs dedicated to serving customers with disabilities. She has also held the position of assistant secretary of the Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), where she executed policy priorities into practice through innovative grant programs. She has served on the National Council on Disability, the board of the U.S. Institute of Peace, and the State Department’s advisory committee on disability and foreign policy, to name just a few.
Kathy speaks and publishes on a wide array of topics related to disability employment. She is a graduate of San Francisco State University.
