Matthew Janusauskas, a smiling man with short hair, wearing a suit jacket. Matthew joined AFB in 2015 and has over 20 years of experience working with assistive and mainstream technology, including leadership roles in accessibility and technical services, information technology, training, team management, and product and program management.

He currently serves as AFB’s Chief Technology & Programs Officer, overseeing information technology services, web and technical development, and AFB’s digital inclusion and accessibility consulting practice.

Prior to AFB, Matthew served as Product Portfolio Manager with HumanWare, working with multiple development and sales teams simultaneously to maintain the high profile of assistive technology products like the Victor Reader Stream. An alumnus of Olivet Nazarene University, where he studied business management and computer information systems, Matthew is an active contributor to TeachAccess, which advances digital accessibility education in colleges and universities. He also sits on the Disability Advisory board for Verizon.
