Dear Mrs. Sanger:

With a warm heart I welcome you again on the 45th year of your splendid work for the Planned Parenthood Movement. It is marvellous (sic) how enormously you have contribued (sic) to the good of mankind, and earnestly I clasp your hand in the fresh effort you are making to impress upon the public everywhere the vitality of solving the problem of human population. May all the forces of wisdom and perseverance sustain you in bringing the high amount of public welfare that can exist only when woman feels duly her responsibility for a population in accordance with the material resources of the world. Truly you are engaged in a universal crusade for a cause which, if successful, will render possible an earth that shall truly serve the strength and usefulness of mankind.

With earnest wishes and blessings, I am

Sincerely,

Mrs. Margaret Sanger
